Leadership
A good leader is somebody that takes control and stays calm and that knows what to do.
Like my dad has a great leadership skill. He is good at taking control and he knows what to do all the time. I wish I could be a good leader like him. He is my hero for that. Leadership is about reacting without thinking when something happens. I think Ralph is a good leader because he knows what to do. Jack just wants a lot of control and he takes things too personal.

i think that leadership is a good thing to put as a journal cause a leader will always bring someone up and be there for you when you need them they always bring you up when you are in need of something and they will do anything in your benefit for you to make you a happier person and help you get through life quicker
