I really like old music and new soft music. I don’t like the way some songs sound/ flow. Some of the music we have now days, I would not think to be actual music, kind-of like rap.
I don’t like rap because it doesn’t have very much music, if any at all.
Rap has its flow in the words and I think that a lot of rap runs more like wannabe gangster. I like songs that have their flow in the music/melody.
What I would classify as a bad song is a song that has no meaning or feelings behind it. What makes a song suck is when the artist doesn’t want to play/sing the song or the song was played only because others, and not the singer, wanted it.
I don’t think genre matters in a song, aside from a way for some people to define which songs they like or don’t like. There are good songs in every genre.

It is really the beat of the music. Some times thats all i listen too. You just have to listen... and rap isn't that bad, sometimes its just alot of poser people that don't know how to talk right anyways... they aint got no vocabulary.

i agree rap is not always the bes. there are a few songs out there that are rap that i like though. i can listen to any type of music really, and even if i don't like the song that's playing then i listen to the rhythm and the beat.
i listen to a sertatian type of music depends on my mood.
i do have to agree with you. music is all about the lyrics. i mean thats what it's all about right? well rap really isn't that bad. there are a couple of good artist here and there but like you said music today has changed a lot. back in the day rap was about making a living with what you got. but now days its how much money you have and what kind of car you drive. i do agree rap isn't the same and it sucks now.
